The Housing and Community Development Department is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all Raleigh residents by creating stronger neighborhoods and expanding access to safe, affordable housing. Through innovative programs and community partnerships, the department invests in affordable housing initiatives, supports services for low- to moderate-income residents, enforces housing standards, and leads neighborhood revitalization and community engagement efforts throughout the city.
As a Community Development Administrative Technician, you will play an essential role in supporting the department's mission by providing high-quality administrative, operational, and customer service support. In this position, you'll help ensure the efficient delivery of programs and services while serving as a key resource for staff, residents, and community partners.

Education & Experience
High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalency; less than 1-year experience in clerical support, data entry, customer service, or related field;
OR
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted
