Responsibilities

- Review application materials, transcripts, and supporting documents to determine eligibility
- Collaborate with academic departments and administrative staff to facilitate smooth enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using educational administrative software and productivity tools
- Support outreach initiatives by participating in recruitment events, fairs, and informational sessions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Pay: $48,643.37 - $58,581.26 per year
