A Day in the Life as a Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee daily operations while inspiring and managing your team to achieve their best. Your responsibilities will include organizing technicians' schedules and service tickets, mentoring the sales team to exceed their goals, and ensuring administrative staff effectively manage customer accounts and scheduling.
You will use your skills in conflict resolution and communication to create an exceptional experience for both your team and customers. Budget management, forecasting, and profit-and-loss analysis will be key components of the role as you monitor and drive the overall success of your branch.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Industry experience (preferred)
- Proven experience managing a team
- Proficiency with internal software and applications
- Ability to pass state regulatory licensing/certification exams
- Flexible schedule to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek and be accessible after hours (including weekends/holidays)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math skills
