Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment using manual labor or basic tools
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, measuring, or assisting with assembly tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, or minor repairs on-site
- Document daily activities and report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety guidelines
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job site requirements
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in manual labor roles is a plus
