Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking, and motivated individual to assist in the leasing and administrative efforts. Candidate must possess strong sales skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a proven ability to create a welcoming sense of community while balancing the needs of prospects, residents, and the property.
Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective residents through every step of the leasing process, including tours, applications, lease execution, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with residents and collaborating closely with the maintenance team to ensure an outstanding living experience.
- Proactively communicate with prospects through outbound phone calls, email, text messaging, and other follow-up efforts to convert leads into leases.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all prospect inquiries received by phone, email, online, and in person.
- Conduct engaging property tours, qualify prospective residents, process applications, prepare lease agreements, and contribute to achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy.
- Utilize Entrata to manage prospect, resident, and leasing activities. Previous Entrata experience is preferred.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment with a strong focus on closing leases and achieving leasing goals.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Be available to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

This is a salaried position with commission and benefits, paid vacation, and an excellent office culture. Salary varies with experience.
