Spring Physical Therapy is a pelvic floor physical therapy practice based in the Seattle, WA area. We help people navigate bladder leakage, pelvic pain, birth prep, postpartum recovery, prolapse, and so much more — the stuff that quietly affects so many people but rarely gets talked about. We're growing, and we're looking for a driven, organized, and passionate team member to help us reach more of the people who need us.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a part-time position. You'll wear a few hats — sales outreach and marketing support as well as daily administrative tasks following patient care.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Marketing:
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook)
- Create engaging content that educates and connects with our community
- Draft email newsletters and campaigns
- Help develop promotional materials and seasonal campaigns
- Track analytics and report on what's working
Sales & Outreach:
- Build and nurture referral relationships with OBs, midwives, doulas, lactation consultants, and other local providers
- Represent the practice at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a warm, professional way
- Identify new partnership opportunities in the Shoreline/North Seattle area
Admin Support:
- Help coordinate scheduling, outreach logistics, and marketing calendars
- Keep our CRM or contact lists organized and up to date
- Support the clinic owner with day-to-day business operations as needed

WHO YOU ARE

- You're comfortable talking about pelvic health without flinching (or you're willing to get there quickly!)
- You have experience in marketing, social media, sales, or healthcare admin — or some combination
- You're self-motivated and can manage your own time without heavy supervision
- You're warm, professional, and great at building trust with people
- You believe in the mission of accessible, destigmatized pelvic healthcare
- Bonus: experience in a healthcare, wellness, or women's health setting
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to be flexible and pivot if necessary
- Experience in digital marketing and/or sales preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
- Familiarity with Go High Level (CRM) or Jane (EMR) a plus

- Hours: ~10-20hours/week (flexible scheduling)
- Location: our clinic space in seattle
- Compensation: $20-22/hour, commensurate with experience
