Our team is growing, and we are looking for a licensed Master Aesthetician who is serious about taking their career to the next level.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality facials, advanced skincare treatments, laser treatments, and body treatments
- Consult with clients and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on their goals
- Educate clients on services, skincare routines, products, and long-term treatment plans
- Build strong client relationships that support retention, rebooking, and referrals
- Recommend retail products confidently and appropriately
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and client documentation
- Collaborate with the spa and med spa team to support strong client outcomes
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
- Stay current on skincare, wellness, product knowledge, and industry trends
- Contribute to a professional, positive, team-focused spa environment
Qualifications
- Current Utah Master Aesthetician license required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in skincare and aesthetic treatments preferred
- Experience with advanced skincare treatments and laser services preferred
- Proven ability to retain clients and build long-term client relationships
- Strong product knowledge and confidence recommending retail
- Professional, punctual, polished, and reliable
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Growth-minded and open to continued training and education
