What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Executive, you'll provide executive leadership across multiple projects while partnering with operations leaders, clients, and project teams to ensure successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide executive oversight for multiple concurrent heavy civil and utility projects.
- Lead project strategy, financial performance, scheduling, risk management, and client relationships.
- Mentor and develop Project Managers and operational staff.
- Oversee preconstruction efforts including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
- Drive project execution with a focus on safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Manage cost control, forecasting, contract administration, and change management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, utility providers, subcontractors, and design partners.
- Identify project risks early while developing proactive solutions.
- Support business growth through client engagement and operational leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of commercial, heavy civil, utility, or infrastructure construction experience.
- Minimum 7 years managing projects in a Project Manager or senior leadership capacity.
- Proven experience overseeing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and cost controls.
- Experience leading large project teams while mentoring future leaders.
- Deep understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, estimating, risk management, and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with owners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel throughout New England as project needs require.
