Position Summary:
As Tippi Toe’s Director of Marketing, you will lead the strategic marketing development and plans/initiatives for all Franchised and Company owned locations in the US. The position has several key responsibilities and functions within marketing. This includes development of online and offline marketing materials, driving strategy, execution, and consistency of the Tippi Toes Franchise Web Sites, specific community marketing initiatives, leading special event strategies, as well as ensuring that Brand standards are being met and are consistent in all Franchises. Other responsibilities include leading the marketing outreach strategy as Tippi Toes grows and enters new geographic territories within the US, developing and launching new tools to help Franchises promote and market the Tippi Toes brand, and ensuring consistent execution of companywide marketing programs. This position will set the model for Tippi Toes brand and how it is marketed throughout the Corporate owned and Franchise fleet in the US. This is a remote position with some local meetings and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Position Responsibilities:
· Oversee the complete business marketing strategy for the Franchise fleet and Company owned locations
· Own the company website including all updates and evolving content. Ensure Franchise owners adhere to website expectations and consistently represents the Tippi Toes brand
· Lead and ensure proper brand standards are in place and consistent in all Franchises
· Coordinate and execute core marketing programs, including leading all social media presence, writing content, and ensuring expectations/consistency in Franchise use
· Owns ad creation, content, and results promoting new owner leads
· Oversees writing content and creating email marketing strategies
· Supports brand strategy development including market research and brand positioning
· Lead CRM efforts through HubSpot for all corporate locations and monitoring new owner leads
· Ensure SEO strategy and best practices, including technical SEO requirements
· Develop high quality digital assets for the Franchise websites, social media platforms, email, online advertising to communicate brand and corporate value.
· Compile and analyze marketing performance metrics to meet long term objectives.
· Develop/implement annual marketing plans, communication, and Franchise execution
· Create, manage, and evolve evergreen marketing materials for Franchise use
· Develop Franchise messaging campaigns to communicate and differentiate the Tippi Toes experience from competitors, and makes an emotional connection with schools/parents/kids
· Establish and lead event marketing plans for Tippi Toes parties, special events, camps ensuring that all events are promoted and maximizing revenue potential in all Franchises
· Drive community PR opportunities to generate Tippi Toes exposure and increase enrollment in schools
· Develop marketing plans to promote and capture new corporate pre-school accounts throughout the US
· Coordinate efforts to continually improve the student/parent/school experience with Tippi Toes
· Lead Tippi Toes brand storytelling through all vehicles. Ensure everything communicated and produced is unique, thoughtful, and on brand
· Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing Franchisees to better understanding current and future marketing needs
· Develop and launch key and necessary marketing resources designed to assist Franchise owners and maximize growth
· Work closely with the On-boarding/Training Manager to build and ensure all training materials are branded and consistent for current and future owners
· Makes recommendations for layering on additional resources as the business grows/ matures
Position Requirements:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills-both verbal and written
· Experience with and/or understanding of franchise modeled businesses
· Impeccable attention to detail. Excellent follow up skills
· Upholds company brand mission, vision, and values through actions
· Ability to manage multiple and changing projects simultaneously
· Must have social media and web development experience. WordPress experience a plus
· Must be highly proficient in MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
· High level of integrity and demonstrate sound judgement
· Minimum 3-5 years in business/Supervisory marketing role
· Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
