Duties

- Manage inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with the restaurant management team regarding kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a kitchen management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience with inventory control systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork among staff.
- Familiarity with cash handling processes is preferred but not mandatory.
