Duties
- Deliver expert haircuts, trims, blowouts, and styling services tailored to clients of all ages and hair textures
- Perform specialized services such as hair coloring, braiding and styling.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas following industry regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients professionally, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage front desk responsibilities including check-in/check-out procedures and assisting clients with retail product selections
- Skills
- Expertise in hair care techniques including cutting, coloring, styling, and the use of tools
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities for client consultation and retention
- Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on diverse age groups and hair types
- Ability to perform barbering services including fades and grooming using sanitation best practices
