PriusKings is seeking reliable technicians in the Boston area to perform hybrid battery installations.
This is a 1099 contractor position ideal for someone looking for flexible, hands-on work or supplemental income, with the ability to take on more jobs as availability and demand increase.
What You’ll Do
- Install hybrid batteries for customers
- Jobs may be:
– Mobile (travel to customer location)
– Local (customer comes to you, if preferred)
- Most installations take about 1 to 1.5 hours
- Follow a straightforward, repeatable process
- Provide a professional, no-hassle customer experience
We handle scheduling and coordination.

Pay
- Flat-rate pay per installation
- Mileage reimbursement (for mobile jobs)

Requirements
- Basic automotive or mechanical experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation (for mobile jobs)
- Own basic hand tools (list provided)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Dependable and on time
Nice to Have
- Hybrid vehicle experience
- Diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with Toyota Techstream
