We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager / Events Coordinator to oversee all food and beverage operations while planning and executing exceptional events. This dual-role position requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, operational excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Management
Manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and bar staff.
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and control food and beverage costs.
Maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards in accordance with local regulations.
Develop and implement service standards and operating procedures.
Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
Monitor budgets, sales, labor costs, and profitability.
Event Planning & Coordination
Meet with clients to plan weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special occasions.
Prepare event proposals, timelines, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
Coordinate with chefs, vendors, decorators, entertainment, and other service providers.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure flawless delivery.
Manage event budgets and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
Develop creative event packages and promotional opportunities to increase bookings.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in food & beverage management, hospitality, or event management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing staff and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality best practices.
Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and event management software is a plus.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
