Basic Truck Parts is seeking a reliable, motivated team member to support our warehouse operations and service team: Warehouse Service Associate.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure stock is properly organized
- Receive, stock, and manage incoming parts and materials
- Pull and prepare parts orders for technicians and customers
- Deliver parts as needed using company vehicles
- Assist with answering phones and supporting customer inquiries
- Coordinate parts availability to support service operations
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain certification, if applicable)
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of diesel truck parts, heavy-duty equipment parts, or automotive parts is a plus
- Prior warehouse, inventory control, parts management, or service industry experience preferred
