A growing physician services organization is seeking physicians to join its post-acute care team, with opportunities available throughout Iowa.
Physicians in this role provide high-quality, patient-centered care to older adults in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and senior living communities. The position combines hands-on clinical care with the opportunity to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients, facility staff, and other members of the care team.
This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who enjoy caring for medically complex patients and want a practice environment that offers greater schedule predictability, clinical autonomy, and continuity of care. Physicians work closely with advanced practice providers and facility leadership to coordinate care, address changes in patient condition, and help improve overall clinical outcomes.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Depending on the position and location, physicians may also have opportunities for additional clinical leadership responsibilities.
Openings are available at multiple facilities throughout Iowa. IMG physicians are encouraged to apply if they meet the following qualifications.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized medical school
- ECFMG certification
- USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3 passed
- Completion of a medical residency program inside or outside the United States
- 5-years of clinical practice post-residency
- Medical license is active and in good standing for the last 5 years
- Experience as a practicing physician in the United States (under limited or alternative licensure)
- No history of unresolved disciplinary action affecting licensure

Pay: $150,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
