Varying levels of experience are required based on each position.
This is an extremely "hands on" position, must be able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of our guests and staff. Good news: this is not an office job!
Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy.
Must lead by example and uphold high standards of operation.
Must be a leader that helps their team grow through constant coaching and feedback.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Solid employment track record with positive references.
