As a Clinical Registrar (RN), you will be:
- Serving as a key leader in clinical registry management and performance improvement initiatives.
Working closely with physicians, nursing leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to transform clinical data into actionable insights that support patient safety, quality outcomes, and high-reliability healthcare
Supporting evidence-based care and contributing to CMH's commitment to achieving zero harm
Overseeing hospital registry participation including trauma, stroke, and cardiac registries
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Experience: At least one year nursing experience and strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Skills: Relevant nursing and/or registrar experience and medical chart review and/or clinical data abstraction experience.
Licensure/Certification: RN (required) and Certified Specialist in Trauma Registries (CSTR) (preferred)
