Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of residential cleaning technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and floor care
- Manage time effectively to prioritize jobs and meet scheduling commitments
- Oversee proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment, including heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
- Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all cleaning meets safety and sanitation standards
- Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work, with additional experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple jobs within tight schedules
- Customer service-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- Familiarity with residential Cleaning
- Previous experience in leadership roles will be advantageous
