Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with parking vehicles in our multiple parking lots, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Safely operate vehicles and other assigned cars, demonstrating strong driving skills.
- Manage vehicle retrievals promptly, providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address any concerns.
- Maintain a neat and organized valet station, ensuring all vehicles are parked securely and properly documented.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations to guarantee a secure environment for guests and staff.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
- Experience as a delivery driver or in dealership service can be advantageous.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
