Requirements:

Non-inclusive examples of work performed: -Support the individual in pursuing community based interests (e.g. going out to eat, visiting friends and family, seeing movies, etc.)-Provide assistance to individuals served in maintaining proper personal hygiene and a neat, clean appearance-Provide needed assistance in taking prescribed medications (upon completion of training courses provided to you)-Honor individuals' choices and preferences as identified in their Person Centered Plan-Follow interventions/prevention identified in behavioral support plans and crisis plans-Adhere to the policies of Tri-I-Participate in scheduled meetings, training activities, and provide accurate information about each individual supported as requested by Tri-I management staff-When providing transportation to individuals served by Tri-I, ensure that the vehicle in use is maintained and found to be in a safe and reliable condition-Perform any unlisted duties that are related to the well being of the individuals supported as requested by Tri-I staff and/or families-Maintain auto insurance at all times during employment-Provide an uplifting, entertaining atmosphere to individuals served.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
