We’re looking for experienced Flexographic Press Operators who can confidently set up and run a variety of print jobs while maintaining quality throughout the run.
This role includes:
- Setting up, color matching, and running flexographic jobs from 1–10 colors
- Monitoring registration, print quality, and consistency throughout production
- Troubleshooting press or production issues as they come up
- Working closely with the team to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe pressroom
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced operators when needed
We’re looking for operators who take pride in quality work, communicate well with their team, and care about keeping things running smoothly.
Schedule:
This is a full-time 5AM–5PM position working a non-rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
That means:
- Long weekends every other week
- No swing shifts
- No mandatory overtime
- A consistent schedule you can actually plan your life around
Operators on this shift work 36 hours one week and 48 the next, creating built-in time off throughout the month without sacrificing full-time pay and benefits.

Requirements
- Previous flexographic press operating experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Operators who take pride in quality work and consistency

- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and keep jobs moving efficiently
