Position Overview
We’re looking for licensed Mental Health Counselors of a variety of competencies that have approximately 15-20 hours/week of existing clients as well as Mental Health Counselors that may have less than the 15-20 hours per week of existing clients. We are looking for a variety of counseling skills including CBT, EMDR, IFS, DBT, and ACT. Full-time and 1099 team members will enjoy a variety of benefits including access to our EHR, phone system, referrals, office space, administrative assistance, scheduling, email, etc. This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and provide therapeutic support in a comfortable and supportive setting ... and/or virtually from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions to address clients’ mental health needs.
- Maintain a “full-time” caseload of billable client hours per week
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and set therapeutic goals.
- Ensure accurate, confidential client record keeping in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
- Participate in supervision, professional development, and case consultations.
- Implement crisis management techniques and support clients in developing coping strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Florida licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; familiarity with learning and using electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Existing client base preferred.
Schedule: Monday through Friday daytime in-office hours, virtual off-site appointment scheduling at licensed therapists' discretion

Pay: $60,000.00 - $117,000.00 per year
