We are seeking Lead Teacher’s in Early Childhood Education to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Instruct infant through school aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual, independent, and creative growth utilizing Creative Curriculum in a faith based setting.
- Create a nuturing and safe learning environment
- Implement schedules and routines to ensure EDLS standards are met
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and families
- Communicate with parents on their child’s growth and development
- Promote a nurturing and safe environment for the children
- Lesson plan writing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a ODJFS licensed center for at least one year with a minimum of a CPL level 3
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and families
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma, clean background check, and medical clearance from a physician. Additional training requirements will be provided.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Knowledge of Step up to Quality requirements
- Flexibility with scheduling
