Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Texas Auto Claims Adjuster to work remotely from their home office in the San Antonio area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling auto claims with determination of coverage, investigating liability and determining damages through our appraiser partners and company processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent customer service, and sound judgment.
Duties
- Review and analyze insurance claims to determine validity and coverage under the applicable policy.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine coverage, liability and damages.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on claim status and addressing any inquiries.
- Must be able to comply with company guidelines and processes for claims handling.
- Document the claim file with detailed notes and other loss related documentation related to communication, investigation, and decisions.
Experience
- Proven experience in handlingTexas liability auto claims.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to make informed decisions based on investigation and findings.
