Overview:
Stonewood Inn & Suites of Carrollton is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to hotel standards
- Restock linens, toiletries, and other room amenities
- Record rooms cleaned and report any maintenance issues
- Provide friendly, responsive service to guest requests and complaints
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Comply with safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Report lost and found items or unusual activity
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Basic English proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Schedule:
- Part-Time or Full-time
- Day shifts (Monday–Sunday availability preferred)
