A manufacturer in McKinney that builds power distribution equipment for AI data centers, hospitals, and other critical facilities is hiring Wiring Technicians for its day shift team.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent Monday–Friday hours and potential for permanent employment. The facility is clean, temperature-controlled, and newly built.
Pay: $20.00/hour, paid weekly
Wiring Technician Job Duties

Wire and assemble control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and ATS units using diagrams and schematics

Wire electronic components, including PLCs

Inspect and test completed assemblies

Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (provided)
Schedule

Monday–Friday
-
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
-
Overtime may be available based on production needs.
Wiring Technician Requirements

At least 6 months of electrical assembly, wiring, or manufacturing experience

Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and point-to-point diagrams

Control panel, switchboard, or panelboard experience preferred

Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 45 lbs
