Work Model:
What You Will Do:
- Diagnose and repair production equipment across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Interpret electrical schematics and utilize testing equipment to identify issues
- Interface with and troubleshoot a variety of PLC-controlled machinery
- Leverage blueprints and equipment manuals to determine root causes and select appropriate replacement parts
- Conduct root cause analysis and accurately document findings and repairs within a CMMS system
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic blueprints, as well as machine manuals
- 2 to 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
