Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple locations, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of cleaning staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and accountability
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met or exceeded
- Manage supplies inventory, ensuring all cleaning materials and equipment are well-stocked and maintained
- Address any issues or concerns from staff or clients promptly, escalating as necessary to ensure smooth operations
- Support scheduling efforts to optimize staffing levels based on workload demands
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and standards
- Supervising or leadership experience in a hospitality, hotel, or commercial cleaning environment
- Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Knowledge of laundry processes and housekeeping management is a plus
- Strong organizational skills for inventory control and scheduling coordination
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and attention to detail
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
