Touchstar Cinemas, a premier dine-in theater, offers an elevated movie experience with in-seat dining, premium wines, and handcrafted cocktails. We’re hiring an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee operations and ensure exceptional service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle concerns professionally
- Supervise daily operations and maintain proper staffing levels
- Train and motivate staff to follow company standards
- Manage concession and supply inventory, placing orders as needed
- Assist with cash handling, banking, and financial compliance
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Prior management experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferred
- Able to work 45-50 hours/week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible with 10–12 hour shifts, can stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- ServSafe certified or ability to pass Manager-level test
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (must remain on-site)
- Must pass a Background Check
