Summary
A Marketer is responsible for forming and maintaining connections with law offices and providers to generate patient referrals. Their duties include meeting with customers in-person to discuss Medical and Legal services provided by AccessCare and theCLINIC, resolving issues to preserve relationships and communicating with other departments maximizing customer experience (i.e., attorney, provider, patient). You will report to the Market Manager in the Colorado market. As you work under their leadership, it will be important to have a growth mindset, hard work ethic, build relationships and strive to achieve market goals.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for marketing who AccessCare is and how we can help our customer’s clients/patients.
- Assist with on-boarding and preservation of key relationships with company partners (both attorneys and providers with an emphasis on expanding our chiropractic/conservative care referral network) as it relates to services provided by AccessCare and theCLINIC.
- Building relationships with key customers, new and existing, to enhance our provider network and customer reach.
- Accountable to the Market Manager by reporting on detailed metrics, goals, plan, and status of market activities.
- Responsible for assisting market growth to ensure new and existing customers understand and are educated on services provided by AccessCare and theCLINIC services including costs, provider specialties, completion date, and shared expectations.
- Utilizes the resources throughout the enterprise (e.g., PatientLIENQ, Monday.com) to manage customers, referrals and scale market progress.
- Maintains a healthy knowledge of the dynamic market trends and can work with the Market Manager to pivot strategy and activities to meet goals.
- Assist Market Manager in organizing marketing events, partnership meetings, new potential business opportunities, and other convention/conferences attendance as needed.
- Own a regular schedule of appreciating our partner law firms and referral sources.
- Builds and maintains a positive presence and reputation in the market for the company.
- Presents a no tolerance attitude toward sexual harassment, ethnic harassment, or abusive behavior.
- Acts in accordance with the vision, mission, and core values of the company. Never wavering from the primary goal of providing excellent patient experiences; finding ways to incorporate efficiency and profitability throughout the enterprise.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must have a growth mindset and have read Mindset by Carol Dweck in order to know what it means to have it and to understand what that means in our company.
- Must be able to deliver the responsibilities both as an individual and as an active member of the team (dictated by situation).
- College diploma or equivalent; and 24 to 36 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Utilize creativity in solving complex problems while involving and empowering others in delivering the solution.
- Attention to detail and timeliness of completion of duties on a daily, weekly, and monthly perspective are key.
Preferred
– Proficient technology skills with PowerPoint™, Excel™ and other software application(s).
– General familiarity with medical and legal terminology as it pertains to descriptions of AccessCare and theCLINIC services.
