Job Title: Sr. Pricing Analyst
Location: Hybrid near Lakewood, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday Pricing Manager
Salary: $88,000 - $116,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities (Sr. Pricing Analyst):
- Develop and manage pricing strategies for hourly professional services, including lawyers and consultants

Analyze the financial impact of pricing and rate decisions and present insights into firm leadership

Own the annual rate-setting process and ensure pricing consistency across departments
Qualifications (Sr. Pricing Analyst):
- 5+ years of pricing experience in a professional services environment (legal, accounting, consulting, architecture, etc.)

Strong experience with hourly rate setting and people-based pricing models
