The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Window Tint Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will share our passion for high-quality work, meticulous attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. You will be responsible for applying premium window tint to a variety of vehicles, ensuring long-lasting protection and a flawless finish that our clients expect.
You will precisely measure, cut, and apply premium window tinting film to automotive windows, ensuring all installations meet our high standards for quality—free of bubbles, creases, or debris. A major part of the role involves preparing vehicles for installation by thoroughly cleaning and prepping glass surfaces. Because we value structure and communication, you will be expected to coordinate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth shop operations. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, and assist with other shop duties or vehicle protection services as needed.
Qualifications & Expectations
We are looking for someone who treats every vehicle with meticulous care, guaranteeing a smooth, professional finish. Prior experience in automotive window tint installation is highly preferred.

You should understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and treating clients’ vehicles as if they were your own. Punctuality and dependability are essential for our fast-paced shop. A valid driver’s license is also required to safely move customer vehicles.
Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per week
