The Bookkeeper's primary responsibilities are cash receipts processing, accounts payable, general ledger and vendor contract administration, generating monthly financial statements. Additional responsibilities will be coordination of year end audit and other external reporting, cash management and banking relationships. The Bookkeeper's secondary responsibility is payroll backup.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum of three years QuickBooks general ledger experience
2. Minimum of two years experience processing payroll with a third party vendor (e.g. ADP)
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Demonstrated teamwork and cooperation in a business environment, and interpersonal skills.
2. Exhibits a collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality. Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of finance and accounting.
4. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems and general office software.
