Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Ram Goods in Plantation, FL. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by promoting our brands to retail smoke and vape shops. Your expertise in selling over the phone will be instrumental in building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Duties
- Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities through strategic phone outreach, ensuring consistent growth in sales revenue.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail smoke and vape shops, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our brands and products, offering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Communication: Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate orders, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to enhance sales strategies.
- Hit or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in phone sales or call center
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Personality: Results-driven, motivated, and team-oriented.
- Coachable: Able to take critical feedback and make improvements
Nice To Have
- Zoho: Experience using Zoho inventory to create Sales Orders and Invoices, as well as take/record payments.
- Domain Expertise: Knowledge of Hemp, Kratom, and Nitrous verticals.
