Job Description:
We are recruiting a hard working individual that has experience in high volume sales and customer service.
You will be responsible for Sales Lending Associate tasks and transactions. These will include, but are not limited to, providing 4 month collateral loans to our customer base, promoting our products and being able to handle sales related transactions. Here at Lucy’s Coin & Jewelry Pawn, we deal with a large variety of merchandise including fine jewelry, coins/bullion, electronics, power tools, musical instruments, and designer goods. You will be provided with training to be able to confidently deal with customers and all types of merchandise.
SLA Duties **not restricted to:
- Actively engage with customers
- Follow store policies & procedures
- Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls
- Work alongside team to meet goals
- Completing in-store & online orders
- Assist customers in pawn and sales related transactions
- Maintain Organization in Workplace
- Manage Customer Accounts
