We are seeking a friendly, motivated Member Service Representative who is passionate about providing outstanding service and building strong relationships. This role is responsible for assisting members with transactions, opening and servicing accounts, and identifying opportunities to connect members with products and services that meet their financial needs.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional member service.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions.
- Open and maintain member accounts.
- Take a consultative approach to uncover member needs and recommend solutions.
- Refer members to lending and other services when appropriate.
- Support branch growth and member satisfaction goals.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service, banking, retail, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
