New York Home Care is looking for a Field RN Supervisor for our office in Brooklyn. The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Clinical Nursing operations including but not limited to Quality Initiatives, Staffing, In-service, Education, On-boarding and Clinical Service Delivery. Must adhere to Federal and State DOH Guidelines in NYS. Our agency has won numerous awards for excellence in staff recognition and customer care.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse in NYS
- BSN Required
- Experience working as a Supervisor in a Licensed Agency 3-5 years
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Clinical Skills and Judgment
- Computer Literate
