NW Industrial Staffing is recruiting Plywood Production Support on Swing Shift for a leading, environmentally responsible manufacturer of custom hardwood plywood, veneer panels, and pre-finished wood components - lots of room for growth with this company!!
What we are seeking:
- 1+ year of previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Great Math and measurement skills for reading tape measures, counting and multiplying units, and calculating equations needed to finish orders.
- Previous experience using hand and power tools such as grinders, sanders, brushes, and planers
- Someone with a keen eye for spotting anomalies in products.
- Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity for moving plywood and finished plywood sheets or placing patches in defects.
- Can stand, stoop, bend, push, pull, climb, crawl, and walk for an 8 to 10-hour shift.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a semi-consistent to consistent basis.
- Previous Forklift experience is preferred
- Ability to work a swing shift.
- Great Attendance, punctuality, and attitude.

- Hours: hours may vary based on business need
- Pay Rate: $20/h-$22/h + $.40/h shift differential
