While experience with laser cutting is preferred, we are willing to train candidates with strong computer skills, mathematical aptitude, and mechanical ability. You will work with cutting-edge, enclosed laser systems to produce quality, custom parts.
1st Shift Mon-Fri, Flexible start times from 5AM-7AM
2nd Shift Mon-Thurs 2:30pm-1:00am
Starting Pay $23+ per hour, based on experience

Summary:
We are seeking a Laser Operator to join our team in the US. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient operation of laser cutting machinery to meet production goals while maintaining our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain laser cutting equipment to produce precise sheet metal components.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform minor troubleshooting.
- Assist in setup and calibration of laser machinery as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating laser cutting machinery or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication is preferred.
