Title: Accounting Manager
Salary: $120,000-$140,000
Location: Greater Boston, 90% remote

Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle accounting including month-end close, reporting, AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and general ledger activity
- Manage inventory accounting, intercompany activity, and compliance with US GAAP standards
- Prepare financial reports and analysis to support executive decision-making
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve controls, and better leverage ERP systems
- Serve as the primary US finance contact while collaborating with international accounting leadership
Accounting Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant capacity
- Strong hands-on accounting background within a small to midsize company environment
- Solid understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and US GAAP
- ERP experience required; Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or similar systems preferred
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a growing business environment
