Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Spa Manager to lead daily operations with a strong focus on driving membership sales, increasing client retention, and maximizing overall clinic revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 30+ employees, including Sales Associates, Estheticians, and Massage Therapists, with a strong emphasis on sales performance and membership conversion
- Drive membership growth, retail sales, and service enhancements to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average ticket value, retention, and utilization, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Train and hold front desk teams accountable for membership sales scripts, guest experience standards, and rebooking strategies
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience that supports long-term client loyalty
- Manage scheduling to optimize provider utilization and maximize revenue per hour
- Maintain inventory levels for retail and backbar supplies, ensuring strong retail presentation and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership on local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and business development efforts
- Manage clinic financials, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and expense control, with a focus on profitability
- Ensure the clinic maintains Massage Envy brand standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, sales-driven environment (spa, fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong track record of driving membership sales, increasing revenue, and improving team performance metrics
- Excellent coaching and motivational skills with the ability to develop top-performing sales teams
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and KPI analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage both staff and guests
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and operational oversight
- Passion for wellness, beauty, and delivering an elevated guest experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
