American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient home care position in York County, PA, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and serving patients across York and Adams counties.

Outpatient home health setting, primarily serving western York County with potential support to neighboring counties including Adams County
-
Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)

Weekend rotation required; holiday coverage as needed

No on-call requirements

May include care for COVID-positive patients

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required

Current PT license required if applicable

Current BLS certification required

OASIS documentation experience preferred but not required

Candidates will undergo a clinical review to assess fit prior to manager interview

Position covers a home care territory — travel between patient locations within York and surrounding counties is expected

Maximum of 7 days of RTO for the duration of the contract
