Guest Services Senior Coordinator Job description
Summit Mountain Rentals is a leading vacation rental management company with locations in Breckenridge, Colorado and Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. We are seeking a motivated and service-driven individual to join our team and help support our continued success across both markets.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to play a key role in our guest services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service— with experience in reservations, front desk, or concierge roles—and be comfortable working independently while aligning with company goals. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing guest communication through multiple platforms
- Verifying reservations on third party systems
- Verifying all documents are completed for check in
- Advanced guest appeasement and troubleshooting
- Focus on key partnerships that will enhance the guest experience
- Key and guest collateral management
- Promote a detail-oriented and guest-focused culture within the team
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn internal reservation systems and third-party platforms
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Positive attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure
- Prior experience in guest services, reservations, or concierge roles required
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
- Availability for overnight on-call shifts is mandatory
