StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching. Our studios help clients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives through personalized stretch sessions delivered by highly trained Flexologists.
We are seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a sales-driven, client-facing environment. This is not a passive receptionist role. The person in this position plays a critical part in growing the studio by converting new guests into long-term members.

Position Overview
The Front Desk Sales Associate is responsible for driving membership sales while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role manages the front desk, welcomes clients, and most importantly presents and sells StretchLab memberships to new guests after their introductory stretch session.
Success in this position requires strong communication skills, confidence discussing pricing, and the ability to close sales in a professional and consultative way.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth
- Present and sell StretchLab membership options to clients after their introductory stretch session
- Confidently explain pricing, packages, and membership benefits
- Convert intro session guests into recurring members
- Follow up with prospective clients via phone, text, and email
- Track sales leads and maintain client relationships in the studio CRM system
- Help the studio achieve monthly membership sales goals
Client Experience
- Welcome and check in clients with a professional and upbeat attitude
- Create a warm, high-energy studio environment
- Assist clients with scheduling and membership questions
- Ensure every client leaves with a clear understanding of the value of assisted stretching
Studio Operations
- Manage daily scheduling and appointment flow
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and studio environment
- Work closely with Flexologists and studio leadership to deliver a consistent client experience
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are comfortable selling and engaging with clients.
Ideal candidates have:
- Sales, retail, hospitality, or fitness studio experience
- Confidence discussing pricing and asking for the sale
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, energetic personality
- Ability to build rapport quickly with new clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using scheduling and CRM software
