American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring an active MA RN license and at least 2 years of experience.

Work in the Emergency Department of a community hospital serving an island population
-
Care for a year-round population of 15,000+ with up to 100,000 additional seasonal visitors
-
48 hours per week on rotating shifts
-
16-week assignment length
-
Uses Epic charting system
-
Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
-
Active MA RN license required upon start (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)

Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon start (AHA preferred)

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Primary source verification of license/certification required within 30 days of start (NURSYS and BON)

Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

Provide emergency nursing care within a small community hospital setting with a strong tradition of compassionate, high-quality care

Local candidates accepted if permanent residence is within 60 miles of Boston, with a reduced rate applying
