Mama Bird Southern Kitchen is looking for a Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our West Jordan team! As our FOH Manager, you’ll lead all front-of-house operations and help create an exceptional dining experience every time our guests walk through the door.

Pay Rate:
$52,000 - 58,000 depending on experience

Oversee FOH operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service

Motivate and manage servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff

Maintain high service standards and exceptional guest experiences

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and warmth

Create daily floor plans, manage shift staffing, and support scheduling

Coordinate smoothly with BOH leadership during busy periods

Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming dining environment

Train and develop FOH team members

Assist with inventory, ordering, and administrative tasks

Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
-
Experience with Toast POS systems and basic administrative tasks
