Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Montessori curriculum tailored to the primary age group, integrating core subjects such as literacy, math, science, and cultural studies.
- Create a prepared environment that encourages exploration, independence, and hands-on learning aligned with Montessori principles.
- Observe children regularly to assess developmental progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere conducive to active learning.
- Facilitate individual and group lessons that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and social skills development.
- Collaborate with families through regular communication about children's progress and milestones, fostering strong home-school partnerships.

- Support children with special educational needs by implementing appropriate interventions and working closely with specialists when necessary.
- Lead classroom management efforts that promote positive behavior and emotional well-being among students.
Experience
- Proven classroom management experience within an early childhood setting, preferably in a Montessori environment or similar progressive program.
- Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for behavior management and child welfare.
- Montessori training at the primary level is required.
