As a Conserva Senior Technician you are a self-starter who has been in the industry and has already developed a professional approach to irrigation. You will be responsible for advanced repairs such as electrical troubleshooting, 2-wire, pumps, and commercial.

Duties
- Install and maintain irrigation systems, including drip lines, sprinkler heads, and valves.
- Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify issues or inefficiencies.
- Perform repairs on damaged components using hand tools and power tools.
- Dig trenches for irrigation lines and ensure proper placement of all equipment.
- Provide recommendations for landscape improvements based on water usage and plant health.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs and installations.
LEARNING ON THE JOB
- Work independently, yet be part of a team working directly with Operations Manager
- Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES® sales process
- Assess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA® sales process

Qualifications
- 5+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required
- Clean driving record
- Results-oriented
- Motivation to earn production bonuses
- Great attitude with a desire for growth
- Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
