Job Description:
- Greet and welcome customers to the service department.
- Assist customers in loading and unloading motorcycles, ATV’s, SXS’s, and PWC.
- Prepare a repair order by thoroughly describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as, repairs and services required.
- Assist Service Manager in maintaining a smooth-running efficient service department with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with technicians to diagnose problems accurately and clearly describe them within a repair order.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage, and assist in explaining coverages and exclusions to customers. Accurately file all warranty claims in a timely fashion.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude.
- Follow up with customers in a reasonable amount of time to notify them of any changes, delays, additional work need, or completion of repairs.
- Maintain customer communications by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, and obtain customer’s approval of estimates.
Pay based on experience and qualifications.
