ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extrudes various rubber compounds by feeding the mill to strip.
- Change out dies.
- Stack and/or box cut material in boxes or pallets.
- Clean and organize work area.
- Dink rubber material using roller cutter.
- Clock in using Mercury.
- Work safely.
- Prepare labor tickets.
- Perform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position.

- Heavy physical effort such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing and pulling

- Frequent forceful hand grasp
- Bending/twisting/crouching and squatting

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Use of machinery that slices/cuts and produces excessive heat
- Exposure to dangerous machinery, high voltage, hazardous chemicals, fumes, gases, smoke, dust, wet, damp, high noise level and bright lighting
- Exposure to extreme weather conditions/heat for more than an hour
